Long Shot Hospitality is hiring a Restaurant Manager for The Salt Line Ballston
Building on the success of The Salt Line (DC), Long Shot Hospitality was thrilled to open its second The Salt Line in the bustling and energetic Ballston neighborhood. Opening in October 2021 to immediate accolades and success, The Salt Line Ballston has already established itself as a cornerstone of the Ballston dining scene and community. We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join our team and be a part of the continued success for this thriving addition to the growing The Salt Line family!
Candidates ideally have a minimum of 1-2 years of comparable restaurant manager experience, although great opportunity as well for mature candidates with other front of house experience looking to take the next step into management. All candidates, first and foremost, are excellent team players, have a passion for guest service, and take pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Ideal candidates have both fine dining and high volume experience, are self motivated with strong leadership skills, bring a collaborative team mentality, are highly efficient and organized, and bring a genuine infectious passion and enthusiasm for all things Food, Beverage, and Hospitality.
This position will work closely with the General Manager in opening and closing the restaurant, supervising the daily shifts and operations, staff support and development, maintaining all company and legal practices and standards, and first and foremost ensuring the highest level of guest service and satisfaction.
