Manager

Overview:

Are you ready to take charge and lead a team? The Salt Room Apopka is on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Manager to join our incredible team! As the Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our smooth operations and ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

We're seeking someone with a knack for organization, an eye for detail, and the ability to inspire and uplift our employees. But hey, it's not all spreadsheets and schedules! We want someone who knows how to have fun and bring a little pizzazz to the workplace.

Oh, and did we mention that cleanliness is key? We take pride in maintaining a clean and organized environment, and we need someone who shares that passion.

Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory for the marketplace and salt products (subject to change)
- Ensure an adequate supply of cleaning materials and manage cleaning supplies
- Oversee towel management and ensure availability for clients
- Check and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Manage inventory for massage products and equipment
- Train and support employees to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews for potential hires
- Take an active role in social media management, including posting 2-3 times a week.
- Create and follow a daily to-do checklist to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for optimal customer experience
- Infuse enthusiasm and positivity into daily posts to engage customers and create a fun atmosphere

Requirements:
- Previous managerial experience is preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
