Position Summary:
The Driver’s Assistant is responsible for assisting the driver in the efficient and timely pick-up, delivery and processing of donated items.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assists with picking up, unloading, delivering, and processing donations
- Provides excellent customer service with donors
- Helps maintain cleanliness of truck
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED desired
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Maintain confidentiality
Computer Skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Working knowledge of TEAMS and SharePoint
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to learn new software as needed
Certificates and Licenses:
- Complete Safe From Harm training, and keep current as needed
