Maintenance Worker

Job Objective:
Coordinates and performs maintenance and repair of physical structures and grounds by performing
the following duties.
Essential Functions:

• Schedule and complete work repair orders from the Director of Operations.
• Work overtime in emergencies or arrive early in order to complete needed repairs with limited

disruption of residence and operations.

• Use back guard provided when doing any substantial lifting or moving.
• Support the mission statement of The Salvation Army
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or administrator.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Must maintain a valid driver's license and qualify to drive TSA vehicles.

to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and
ability to adjust focus.
Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a typical store or warehouse environment with a quiet to moderate noise level.
The environment may be dusty and may experience temperature fluctuations based on weather.
