What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chef position at The Saucey Gourmet?
Great opportunity to work safely, outside of the restaurants, make good money, and be mentored by 30-year Chef with very successful Personal Chef business!

This is an independent contractor position.
You will be given clients, under my business, to go and cook for in their private homes. Must be a Chef already, or student in last semester of culinary school.
MUST HAVE:
CURRENT FOOD SAFETY AND SANITATION LICENSE (Must be emailed directly to me after our phone interview.)
Valid and current driver’s license (Must be emailed directly to me after our phone interview.)
Your own transportation (no drop-offs.)
Pay:
$175 MINIMUM per job, and up, for traveling to the client's home, cooking, and cleaning up. Jobs should take between 3-6 hours. Sometimes you will have regular clients, same day/days every week; sometimes it will be evening live cooking gigs. Sometimes you will be offered jobs assisting me for large parties/events. Pay day every Friday.
Terms:
You will sign a non-compete contract. You will need to cook for me first and I will accompany you on your first cook date with any new clients. My clients are solid and expect the highest level of professionalism. Their kitchen must be left totally clean and spotless.
Client confidentiality:
You will not discuss with others who the clients are, where they live, anything you see or hear in their homes. You will not research the clients or their homes. You are there to COOK ONLY and earn pay for that cook job. You hear nothing, you see nothing. You will have no outside contact with the clients. This is all in the contract you will sign. This is an opportunity to do extra work and receive very good pay in exchange.
