Manager Responsibilities – include but are not limited to the following:

• Cultivating a positive team culture and providing a fantastic work environment.
• Managing daily restaurant business operations.
• Developing and implementing growth and sales strategies.
• Training low-level managers and staff.
• Improving revenue in the restaurant.
• Hiring team members for the coffee and juice bar.
• Evaluating performance and productivity.
• Analyzing and managing accounting and financial data.
• Executing local store marketing, merchandising, sales, and promotional efforts to increase sales volume and guest traffic.
• Managing inventory, placing and receiving orders.
• Inventory and cost of goods control and management.
• Labor cost management

Restaurant Manager Qualifications & Skills - Include but are not limited to the following:

• 1 years of supervisory or management restaurant or coffee experience.
• Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
• Ability to manage store restaurant operations independently
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage resources to ensure established service levels are maintained at all times
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of guest service techniques
• Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures
• Organization and planning skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Team building skills and strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor others
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to follow procedures and willing to comply with dress code requirements
• Ability to keep the store clean and follow food safety regulations
• Ability to operate a POS cashier system
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Pay: $56,375.49 - $62,985.21 per year
