What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seeking per diem RN and LPNs - Home Health Care position at The Senior Company?
The Senior Company is seeking a per diem RN supervisor and per diem LPNs with home care experience! We are a dual accredited, private duty home health care company, looking for flexible candidates to join our rapid growing skilled nursing department.
Requirements:
- Valid and active RN or LPN License in the state of New Jersey
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- MMRs
- Valid Driver’s License
- Covid Vaccination card preferred
- Home care experience is a must!
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities for per diem RN supervisor:
- Case load for RN (5 clients minimum)
- Develop care plans for each client and update care plans as needed
- Perform re-assessments
- Perform initial and supervisory visits.
- Able to supervisor and guide CHHA’s
Responsibilities for per diem LPNs:
- Wound care including wound vac
- IV Therapy
- Colostomy care
- Trach/Vent care
- Taking direction from clinical team and overseen by a registered nurse
- Following the plan of care
- Enteral feeding
- Following all clinical and office policies
