Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
- Answering to Phone, Online, DoorDash, GrubHub, UberEats Orders
- Entering the Orders in POS
- Estimating wait time for guests
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Accurately process all cash and credit payments
- Provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Preferred experience as a cashier or in customer service
- Basic mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Friendly and outgoing personality
