Responsibilities:- Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
- Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
- Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
- Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
- Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
- Meet with potential sellers to evaluate and list their homes
- Work closely with our Ops Team to create the best marketing campaign for the home and Launch the listing
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- 1 years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
- An established track record of successful real estate sales
- Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
- Possess a valid NYS Real Estate Salesperson or Associate Broker License
- 1 years of real estate experience preferred
