What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Processor position at The Sherwin-Williams Company?
The Payroll Processor position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll. This position handles all transactions that relate to payroll, such as administering reimbursements, ensuring accruals are accurate, processing employee changes, ensuring pay codes are entered correctly and processing accurate and timely payroll for employees across various departments. This position interacts with all levels of the company, providing exceptional customer service and assisting with each employee's payroll needs.
Additional Information:
The work schedule for this role will generally be Monday - Friday 7am-3pm but must be available to change schedule based on business needs and payroll deadlines. This role will also be required to work overtime when necessary to meet business needs
- Process payroll for all employees across various departments at the site
- Administer reimbursements
- Ensure accruals are accurate
- Process employee changes
- Ensure data integrity
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must have one (1) year of experience in payroll
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have at least two (2) years experience in payroll
- Have at least two (2) years experience with Kronos
