The Shine Shop - Team Member – Waukee, IA
The Shine Shop is a top of the line express tunnel car wash. We are currently looking for (FT) & (PT) Team Members to join our Waukee Shine Shop team.
We are looking for Team Members who:
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
- Have good communication skills.
- Have good Customer Service skills.
- Have a strong, dependable work ethic.
- Have a team-player attitude.
Main responsibilities for the Team Member:
- Provide superior customer service at all times.
- Inform customers about the benefits of wash packages.
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment for guests and staff.
- Direct/train guests on how to load their vehicle onto the wash conveyor.
- Help ensure the car wash is operating properly and perform basic maintenance duties.
Requirements/Physical Demands for Team Member:
- Available to work a variety of shifts and/or days of the week.
- Working in all types of weather conditions.
- Ability to be on your feet for several hours at a time.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
