What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Receiving Manager position at The Shop?
The Shop, Tucson's premier soccer specialty store and uniform team dealer is looking to hire an Assistant Purchasing and Receiving Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for purchase order creation and receiving and checking in merchandise both physically and through a voucher system on the computer.
Responsibilities:
- Generate purchase orders for all futures.
- Maintain daily receiving log.
- Count and check in merchandise against packing lists.
- Distribute inventory either to print department or to retail storefront accoring to purchase order instructions.
- Generate receiving vouchers.
Qualifications:
- Must be extremely organized
- Have strong analytical skills.
- Proficient with PCs. Intuit POS experience preferred.
- Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
