Position Overview:
The Account Coordinator I position is part of the Operations Department and reports directly to the Assistant Operations Manager. This is a full-time position and requires you to be on site, Monday through Friday. Overtime and weekends may be required.
Job Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring all notes and correspondence are well documented in database.
- Monitoring status on materials ordered.
- Finalizing completed work orders to ensure all necessary information is received.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
Expectations:
- Associate’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (writing, speaking, and listening).
- Ability to convey information effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365.
- Ability to multitask.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
Salary range: $18.50-$20 per hour, depending on experience.
