SUMMARY:
Supports Directorof Patient Care Services in development, implementation, and monitoring of the patientcare delivery system and related nursing practice standards in collaborationwith the nursing leadership team. Responsible for the quality of patient careand provides leadership, planning, coordination, management, and evaluation ofunit. Accountable for insuring quality, financials, employee engagement, andpatient experience in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
Requirements
Required:
BSN or AdvancedDegree in Nursing. Masters preferred
3 years of relevant clinical experience
2 years of leadership experience. Nursing Certificate inleadership preferred.
CT State RN License
BLS, ACLS, COVID Vaccination
