Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Guest Service Agent at The Starling. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your day-to-day tasks will include welcoming guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, answering inquiries and resolving guest issues, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
