JOB SUMMARY:
This role entails coordinating responses to IRS recommendations, audit findings, and security vulnerabilities, and managing the full lifecycle of remediation efforts from development to deployment. Responsibilities include identifying, monitoring, and evaluating security enhancements and recommended tools, developing, and executing remediation plans for security compliance, and audit findings, and collaborating with development teams to prioritize and implement corrective actions. Additionally, this role requires allocating necessary resources to support mitigation strategies, participating in IT application audits, contributing to the development and maintenance of security policies, providing security guidance to team members, and preparing comprehensive audit reports and recommendations for management.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Three (3) years of experience in information technology, with a focus on security, and compliance
PREFERENCES:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major course of study in Information Technology.
SPECIAL NOTES:
- The location for this job is in Tallahassee, FL.
- This position is eligible for partial telework after initial training period.
- The tentative salary for this position is $56,001.72.
SALARY: $53,201.52 - $58,801.68.
