The Store #80 located at 1000 Main Street in Junction City is looking for a friendly, energetic Team Leader-Store Manager who can motivate, coordinate, and lead the daily operations of a fast-paced and fun convenience store.

The Store provides high quality food, beverage, and everyday supply options. This is a wonderful career opportunity for someone looking to capitalize on previous customer service and retail experience and take the reins of a family-owned retail store. Experience with Kwik Trip or other convenience store chains is a plus.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage daily retail operations including inventory and loss prevention, staff scheduling, and cash control
  • Promote sales and suggest new products
  • Ensure team members provide exceptional service and complete assigned duties
  • Interview, hire, mentor and educate
