Job Description
I. POSITION SUMMARY
Perform a multitude of workflow tasks within the Sales Services department. Workflow administration through the Autotask administrative desktop. Supports all internal and external customers.
II. POSITION EXPECTATIONS
- Manage workflow for the Sales Services team (Customer Service/Sales Support)
- Facilitate team collaboration and communication through all departments
- Assist in Coordinating and managing a system to track, plan and accomplish workflow in a timely fashion using Autotask task ticketing system
- Streamline departmental processes and procedures to ensure continued efficiency and consistency
- Set departmental goals and work with managers to measure performance against those goals
- Recommend reprioritizations in workflow when necessary to mitigate unforeseen problems
- Compose and coordinate the bid proposal area technical response as well as the coordination of the submission
- Coordinate, develop and execute the sales meeting process as necessary
- Create templates for business reviews for the sales organization
- Contribute in customer account implementation and set up
- Compose correspondence and create marketing materials
- Perform research and create presentations
- Generate various reports for management
- Update data files
- Collaborate, direct and lead the work of others within the department
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, procedures, and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
III. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
IV. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Education, Certifications and/or Licenses
Associate degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Experience:
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat is preferred, but not required.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is preferred, but not required.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications
