We are looking for an Entry Level Account Manager for our office.
Requirements:
- Willing to learn the business and go through paid training
- Ability to discuss accounts with customers to service accounts and make sure everything is working well for them
- Handle customer requests over the phone and in person
Responsibilities :
- Ability to discuss accounts with customers
- Working with customers to handle any questions and inquiries that need to be handled
- Support current customers by handling phone calls, transfers, claims and correspondence
- Establish positive working relationships with clients and all corresponding businesses to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
