Looking for an experienced Wellness Manager.
Requirements include- Med Tech, CNA, Customer Service, & with 2-3 years previous experience in an assisted living community.
We are looking for a Wellness Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of care and services for our residents. This role is critical to our resident’s well-being AND as a trusted liaison, to their loved one’s peace of mind.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supervise resident care staff – hiring, orientation, training, scheduling, performance management, etc.
- Participate and oversee the admission and on-going resident assessment and care planning process
- Coordinate and conduct resident care plan conferences with families/sponsors
- Act as resident liaison and advocate to Executive Director
- Develop departmental budgets, re-forecasts, and staffing plans
What you’ll bring to the table:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certifications
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language and be able to communicate effectively
