The Tox is looking for talented, motivated Tox Hosts who have a willingness to learn, can provide excellent customer service, and embody a genuine love of the wellness industry to join The Tox Team.

Our Tox Hosts must have a passion for the wellness and beauty industry, outstanding customer service, a contagious smile and a vibrant personality. Tox Hosts are the first to be seen upon entering our sanctuary and the last face our clients say goodbye to. Tox Hosts run the show by making sure everything is smooth and efficient for all!

The Tox is an experience like no other. Driven by social media and fueled by results, we are the only results driven service in our space. The Tox was founded in 2019 and has 6 locations open to date nationwide.

  • The Qualifications. We're looking for passionate, career oriented, and reliable candidates only, ready to grow careers through in-store initiatives, events, press, and off-site opportunities. Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients: including in-person, over the phone, and social media.
  • Assist in daily studio tasks and projects, including sanitizing, cleaning, and general maintenance Demonstrate product knowledge, assist with re-stocking products, and be able to assist clients with product sales and rebooking sessions
  • Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative Provide support to the team to ensure a successful check-in and check-out process Work as a cohesive team with all team members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie Maintain and troubleshoot spa equipment Maintain the distinct Tox aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture What's Required* Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment Must have 2-3 years experience working as a Front Desk Receptionist in a spa (massage/facial) or similar environment MUST be comfortable with taking client temperatures and distribute health questionnaires Must be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of personalities Punctuality is a must Always maintain a polished and professional appearance Must have outstanding customer service and problem solving skills Must have a positive, can-do attitude Must have a friendly and professional phone and email etiquette Must have superior organizational skills Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule - MUST HAVE WEEKEND, HOLIDAY AND SOME EARLY MORNING/LATE EVENING WEEKDAY AVAILABILITY Positions Available:
