We are looking for a Specialist to process Accounts Payable and become the T&E administrator. We are looking for someone that understands AP’s nuances and complexities, but that can think creatively and contribute cross-functionally. This professional will have strong attention to detail while also being proactive and self-directed, setting the bar high for their self and their work product. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Manage supplier maintenance including setting up new suppliers, processing vendor maintenance requests and changes, and ensuring vendors are assigned the appropriate business category in the vendor master system
Lead the exploration of tools to improve and automate processes related to supplier maintenance
Review and processes NA employee expense reports through Concur
Engage with end users of the Concur expense management platform and help with user inquiries and follow-ups
Train users on the Concur Expense tool, company policies and processes
Prepare analyses for use in budgetary and financial reporting processes, including, expense reporting statistics and expenditures
Purchasing Card Program Administrator: Responsible for approving transactions and ensuring timely submission, following up with card holders for missing GL accounts, issuing cards, training cardholders, and adherence to company policy is followed
Credit Card (AMEX) Program Administrator
Manage Travel Management Program (Trip Actions and C-Trip), and other upcoming T&E related programs; assist with sourcing activities
Review and processes NA employee expense reports through Concur
Assist with annual 1099 filing
Assist in ad-hoc / special projects as required, provide invoice entry support, as needed
Provide support for annual internal and external audits
Provide exceptional customer service to both our internal and external customers
WHO YOU ARE:
A dedication to teamwork, collaboration, and flexibility
3 years of experience in a corporate accounting position
Demonstrated experience applying innovative ideas to new or recurring work processes
Acute attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills – including written and verbal communications, interpersonal, analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills
Ability to juggle multiple high priorities and have a willingness to learn
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and spreadsheet applications
Experience in accounting close processes and accounting systems
