We are seeking candidates for a Group Administrator to support our Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection and U River Cruises brands. As a member of the Groups team, you will be responsible for pursuing and documenting all leads received through a variety of channels. Additionally, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with customers leading to increased brand sales.
THIS ROLE INVOLVES:
The Group Administrator will process all group requests, reservations, issues group proposals to travel advisors requesting group blocks and finalizes groups within departmental guidelines. Employee will administer and carry out multiple tasks related to the processing of groups while abiding by established company policies and guidelines and specific terms and conditions as contracted between the customer and Uniworld.
- Education: You will develop a quest for knowledge to understand the brand you represent and the locations we travel to.
- Problem Solving: You will identify, research, and resolve issues to utmost customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: You will partner with your manager and teammates to meet your individual goals and contribute to the overall sales goals for the brand.
- Nurturing: You will build, develop, and cultivate relationships with travel partners and your fellow colleagues.
This position is based in Encino, California (Hybrid), training will be in person.
