As the Bar Manager you will...
- Must have 3 years high-volume bar or restaurant management experience
- Promote a culture of guest forward hospitality by providing superior guest service and promoting an atmosphere that creates a collaborative environment, one that motivates and recognizes staff.
- Manage & instruct the team on recipes and procedures to achieve the beverage quality and consistency standards under high volume scenarios
- Demonstrate an understanding of business operations and financials, along with the skill of controlling costs
- Understand and abide by all alcohol beverage laws, policies and regulations
- Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, and planning
- Create memorable experiences by exceeding guest expectations
- Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
- Understand POS systems (or other digital/online reservation systems)
- Manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
- Coach, lead and develop restaurant team
- Drive continuous improvement
