We have an immediate need for a full-time Leasing Consultant to join the team at The Lodge at Bridgemill, one of United Group's professionally managed active adult communities located in Canton, GA.

Major Tasks Key Responsibilities:
- Assists in preparation of advertising and marketing materials and regular market surveys
- Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly leasing traffic reports
- Makes recommendations to improve leasing programs
- Assists in preparation of all necessary packages for lease up move-ins
- Tours visitors of the community and shows apartments to interested guests
- Encourages interested guests to apply for residency and leases apartments to qualified applicants; assists with application process
- Assists in turnover of move-outs, including evaluation of damages, preparation for future residents
Job Overview Requirements:
- Job Type: Leasing Consultant; $21 per hour plus Bonus Program
- Work Hours: Full Time - Monday through Friday; Weekend hours required as needed for leasing appointments
- Physical Requirements: walking, standing, light lifting, and carrying
- Required Education: College Degree or Applicable Work History
- Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/leasing, preferably independent Senior housing; residential property management experience required; software (Entrata, etc.)
- Qualities: Demonstrates integrity on a personal and professional level; Exceptional communication, sales, and negotiation skills; Ability to solve problems involving residents and challenging situations
