Store Manager

Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and meet sales goals.
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage store operations.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable deals with suppliers.
- Proven sales experience to drive revenue growth.
- Ability to effectively manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Proficient in cash register operations and handling financial transactions.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in store management or as an assistant manager is preferred.
- Familiarity with payroll processes and procedures.
