We are now seeking an experienced Nurse to be our Health & Wellness Director at our beautiful new community The Vero at Newark!
Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the Health & Wellness Department and the care of our residents.
- Health assessment and services planning for all of the community residents.
- Coordination for residents’ health needs from the health care community and vendors.
- Manage a staff of professionals through supervision, education, and support.
- Establish staffing guidelines to provide all requested services for residents.
Ideal candidate will demonstrate evidence of current geriatric knowledge with work experience. Baccalaureate degree in health-related field recommended; nursing required, RN preferred.
