We are looking for an awesome Operations Manager in the city of Indianapolis to fully own all operational aspects of our Pet Care services in the city. You will play a key role in standardizing the services we are providing to our clients, supporting our medical teams, optimizing business aspects, reporting to and working closely with key leaders in the organization, and find initiatives to scale and grow
Responsibilities:
- Analyze KPI data to look at trends and find problems
- Ensure that company policies are followed
- Optimize business workflows
- Create new company policies and processes
- Create a sustainable supply chain
- Manage Inventory weekly/monthly/quarterly and seek to improve cost by volume buys or Group Purchasing
- Reduce costs in manufacturing
- Monitor employee production and satisfaction
- Set team and individual goals
