The Vidmar Company is a family owned business for over 40 years specializing in sales as manufacturers representatives for multiple manufacturers working in the B2B industry. We are hiring a talented Sales Coordinator/Inside Sales professional to join our team. Responsibilities for Sales Coordinator/Inside Sales person

· Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff

· Ordering and taking stock of office supplies

Working with 20-30 established customers to maintain their business

· Preparing documents for meetings and business trips

· Researching and booking travel arrangements for staff members

· Finding ways to improve office functions and sales functions

· Handling customer service issues with retailers and manufacturers

· Data entry such as entering or correcting Purchase Orders.

· File digitally and hard copy documents

· Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly and professionally answering emails and phone calls

· Establish active communication and engagement with customers, vendors, and sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets

· Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn, COMMUNICATE WITH OUR CUSTOMERS, AND VENDORS TO HELP THEM WITH ANY ISSUES THEY ARE HAVING

· Be strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, sales, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence

· Must have strong communication SKILLS

- Work hours: Part time (20-25 hours per week, possibly expanding to full time).

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
