Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule and manage patient appointments.
- Data Entry: Accurately input patient details and insurance information into our electronic database.
- Communication: Take messages, send appointment reminders, and perform various clerical tasks.
- Payment Processing: Collect patient payments and handle financial transactions.
- Patient Experience: Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience from arrival to departure.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to remain pleasant and cooperative when interacting with patients and team members.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service by evaluating patient needs and meeting high standards for customer care.
