We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Producer to oversee and produce an upcoming show featuring women’s sports. This role requires strong knowledge of the sports landscape and women’s basketball. The ideal candidate will have experience in hands-on production, editing experience, project organization, tracking schedules and delivering deadlines.
This is a fully remote contract position (approximately 30 hours a week). Ideal candidates must have a flexible schedule, and must be available during the evenings (PT) and potentially weekends.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee twice weekly shows and manage talent and production staff associated with it to meet production deadlines
- Work closely with show talent to build show format, provide directional feedback, generate creative ideas, and facilitate guest bookings
- Oversee production needs by formatting scripts and show rundowns, managing team assignments, and supervising logistics support through delivery
- Edit full episodes for both audio platforms and YouTube
- Sourcing music and integrating into shows along with tracking uses
- Manage podcast publishing, distribution, and editorial promotion
- Ensure that all content meets brand, video, and audio standards
- Write and edit episode titles and descriptions to position multimedia content for maximum engagement across multiple platforms, including social media channels
- Minimum 5 years of experience producing and editing unscripted format content required, with experience in podcast production preferred
- Strong knowledge of women’s sports and basketball is vital to this position
- Proficient in a variety of editing software
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
- Ability to work under deadline pressure
- Strong communication & talent management skills
- Experience with content management and online publishing systems
- Familiarity with best practices on all social media platforms
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Premiere Pro a plus
