Customer Service Intake Specialist: Pre-Litigation Division, New Case Department
Location: The Wallace Firm, 16000 Ventura Blvd. Encino, CA 91436
Position: Full-Time
Hours: May vary. You will be assigned a 40-hour/week.
Current Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm
- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
- Monday- Friday, 12:00 pm-9:00pm

Responsibilities/Duties:
- Persistently monitor and answer all potential new client inquiries via phone, email, and our website.
- Screen Intake calls and obtain pertinent information to determine potential client’s legal needs
- Send and collect sign-up documents to potential client and follow up accordingly.
- Obtain evidence from the client at the time of the initial call, including photos of injuries and any relevant documents.
- Understand the urgency of “closing the lead.”
- Follow up with pending inquiries.
- Update logs and reporting systems to reflect status on all potential new clients.
- Refer clients with non-personal injury cases to partner law firms.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Must be Bilingual (Spanish)
- Detail-oriented professional with a positive outlook.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Empathetic, caring, and persuasive communication skills.
- Familiar with phone call handling/routing.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Comprehension of legal matters and/or previous experience helpful but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively and handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner.
