The Lead Concierge is a "working team leader" role that is directly responsible for overseeing the operation of the Concierge team, serving as the face of the community and managing the hub for resident and guest activity planning. He/she models, leads, trains and monitors the performance of the Concierge team and works with the Business Operations Manager to track Concierge team performance and customer service metrics.
Qualifications:
- Advanced education in hospitality or related field preferred but not required
- Minimum of two years' as a concierge or related position required
- Leadership experience preferred but not required
- Possess compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in elderly care
- Create a fun, engaging and caring environment for our residents
- Engage resident's family and friends and take time to visit with them
