Overview:
This role is a contributing member of the Wendy's Social Media & Digital Engagement team, responsible for developing and executing a cohesive approach to creative across .com, social media, and digital assets. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and coordinate across agency partners to provide an innovative and holistic experience for Wendy’s consumers within our digital and social environments.
The Social Media & Digital Engagement Specialist role is key in aligning a consistent brand voice across multiple platforms and teams. You will need to have a strong analytical ability to evaluate the user experience and engagement across platforms, anticipating needs driving strategy in real-time.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining creative changes as they arise across digital and social platforms.
- Creating briefs/copy docs to request creative assets for digital and social platforms across agencies, as well as managing the development process.
- Identifying research objectives and ensuring they are aligned with creatives/paid support.
- Communicating weekly planning across internal and agency partner teams.
- Consolidating and distribute post-pillar analyses and reporting.
- Working with agency partners to identify innovative opportunities with creative across our social and digital platforms.

Minimum Wage: USD $50,000.00/Yr. Maximum Wage: USD $85,000.00/Yr. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 2 years of related experience in Social Media and/or Digital Marketing is required.
- HTML experience desired.
- Has worked either in-agency or within an agency-client structure in the past.
- Willingness to travel 25% is required.
