Today the company has 4 locations with a staff of over 130 personnel committed to becoming the best preschool and early childhood education provider in Indiana. With additional locations planned in Westfield and other markets coming soon, we are now looking for a dynamic leader who will take our curriculum and education programs to the highest level of excellence.

Responsibilities included, but not limited to:

• Oversees The Weston School curriculum and education strategies, enhances the current processes to ensure best practices and educational delivery for all age demographics.
• Reviews and audits systems and tools to measurably track student’s progress towards established milestones and goals.
• Orchestrates The Weston Schools assessments and evaluation tools, ensuring alignment with the learning strategies being used. Also provides oversight on inventory and supplies.
• Provide data and develop a framework to support The Weston School centers leaders in the development, achievement, and maintenance of high-quality early childhood education programs and services.
• Oversees The Weston Schools PTQ accreditation process, ensures accreditation maintenance, and determines a systematic approach for streamlining PTQ reviews and accreditation.
• Ensure all educational and curricular strategies align and exceed the requirements of IN licensing requirements.
• Aid in providing ongoing and updated professional development to all centers throughout the year.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Master’s Degree Preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in early childhood education.
