Responsibilities included, but not limited to:
- Oversees The Weston School curriculum and education strategies, enhances the current processes to ensure best practices and educational delivery for all age demographics.
- Reviews and audits systems and tools to measurably track student’s progress towards established milestones and goals.
- Orchestrates The Weston Schools assessments and evaluation tools, ensuring alignment with the learning strategies being used. Also provides oversight on inventory and supplies.
- Provide data and develop a framework to support The Weston School centers leaders in the development, achievement, and maintenance of high-quality early childhood education programs and services.
- Oversees The Weston Schools PTQ accreditation process, ensures accreditation maintenance, and determines a systematic approach for streamlining PTQ reviews and accreditation.
- Ensure all educational and curricular strategies align and exceed the requirements of IN licensing requirements.
- Aid in providing ongoing and updated professional development to all centers throughout the year.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Master’s Degree Preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in early childhood education.
