It is comprised of three rooms with a distinct personality - a Lobby Bar, turning out masterfully executed libations, a Terrace, for sun-drenched revelry, and a scintillating Great Room, hosting near-nightly parties. The atmosphere at The Wilder is playful but elevated, intoxicating, but familiar, tropical, enticing, and a place to, well, get wild.

FOH manager at The Wilder is responsible for managing a group of extraordinary bar professionals and is passionate about providing 5 star service to each guest. Ideal candidate posses strong people skills, and works well in team. This is ideal position for individuals looking to grow in hospitality industry. Knallhart Management Group offers very detailed and hands on training and flexibility in finding perfect venue for each candidate.

JOB DUTIES:

• Assist with guest services and resolve issues
• Training and coaching team members
• Assist Marketing & Entertainment Teams with creative ideas for activations and brand awareness
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
• Manage FOH and BOH as needed
• Oversee liquor inventory
• EON Financials
• Assist with Private Events and Special Activations
• Manage POS system
• Monitor R&M

Requirements:

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and fellow team members
• Passion for customer service, hospitality and growth
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and wear multiple hats
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of POS
• Prior experience in hospitality industry

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
