Account Executive
Duties:
- Conduct warm calling to generate new business leads and opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Identify market trends and opportunities for business development
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and objectives
- Utilize technology sales tools to track and analyze sales performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
- Use CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales pipeline
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results and meet sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
- Knowledge of technology sales processes and ability to analyze market trends
- Demonstrated ability to close sales deals and negotiate contracts
- Proficiency in using a CRM software for managing customer interactions
