HireArt is helping the world’s largest social network find a Technical Art Producer to help build a social User Generated Content (UGC) platform where users can find people, places and things they care about.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine mutual goals and project requirements for product features.
The ideal candidate has experience in shipping a minimum of 2 professional, real-time projects in game development, film, interactive media or AR/VR. We're looking for someone with experience working in the content production process of a real-time product, with the ability to communicate about technical art production at all levels.

As Technical Art Producer you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine mutual vision, goals and project requirements for product features.
- Establish/create processes to help the technical art team run efficiently.
- Proactively identify/mitigate production red flags while executing against rapidly evolving targets.
- Consistently communicate with cross-functional partners to provide schedules/timelines for product development programs.
- Manage relationships with cross-functional teams for critical input on visual targets and localized content.
- Handle asynchronous communication of the team’s progress/achievements in internal system.
- Track asset pipeline, releases and versioning.

- A minimum of 2 shipped, professional, real-time projects (e.g. game development, film, interactive media or VR/AR)
- Experience working in the content production process of a real-time product
- Ability to communicate about technical art production at a high and low level
- Experience driving production process and shipping large, multi-medium projects with 3D pipelines
- Proven experience prioritizing/juggling multiple initiatives and meeting deadlines
- Experience working with artists, engineers, product managers and designers
- Excellent leadership, communication and diplomatic skills
- Experience with a range of production tool sets (e.g. Shotgun, Jira and Trello)
- Passion for empowering creative teams to produce excellent results
- Experience working in multiple industries (e.g. game, film, VFX, interactive media or AR/VR)
- Experience working at tech companies (e.g. Google, Netflix, Amazon or Microsoft)
