HireArt is helping the world’s largest social network hire a UX Researcher (Health Products) to partner directly with product teams to support the company's vision of improving global health outcomes through their platforms.
In this role, you'll plan, design, and conduct UX research to inform strategy, evaluate concepts, and assess usefulness/usability of products and campaigns.
As a UX Researcher (Health Products), you will:
- Collaborate closely with researchers, designers, project managers and engineers to identify, define and deliver meaningful products.
- Collaboratively and independently develop and execute research roadmaps.
- Design studies that address unfulfilled needs as well as current user behavior and attitudes.
- Lead various research studies throughout all the phases of the product development cycle.
- Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways.
- Master's degree in Public Health or other health-related field or Social Sciences
- Expertise in usability testing, concept testing, journey mapping, diary studies, and remote moderated/unmoderated studies
- Proficient quantitative research experience using surveys, observational data, and experimentation
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, problem solving skills, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional ability to manage time independently and work efficiently
- Extensive experience with data and utilizing numbers to define and support hypotheses
- Extensive experience with storytelling to get traction with various audiences
- Extensive experience with autonomy and decision making to balance demands
Commitment: This is a full-time, 9-month contract position staffed via HireArt. It will be fully remote to start and will be available to candidates who can work onsite in Menlo Park, CA; Los Angeles, CA; San Diego, CA; New York, NY; Houston, TX; or Denver, CO once offices reopen.
