SUPERHERO JOB SUMMARY
To cultivate and sustain long lasting relationships with both prospective clients and current clients under management. Client Success Managers provide an unparalleled level of service to our clients by training their team members on our wound care services through executing world class educational events. By working closely with the Vice Presidents of Sales, you will create ways to deliver wow to our clients and make it a wonderful experience to do business with The Wound Pros LLC!
WHAT YOU HAVE ALREADY ACHIEVED
- Proven track record in managing customer relationships
- Excels in giving educational presentations
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- 2 years healthcare industry experience
- Demonstrated success in client relationship planning, management, and strategy
- Experience working with healthcare related technologies, data, and software(s)
- Excellent presentation skills In-Person & on Zoom Meetings
- Prior experience in cross-functional roles and team collaboration
- Experience in mobile technologies (Slack, email, AirCall, Push Notifications)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in leading client adoption, measurement, and achievement of ROI
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and time management
- Technical aptitude with ability to adapt, learn quickly, and teach others
- Proficient use of MS Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), Zendesk (CRM),
- Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive etc.

ATTRIBUTES NEEDED FOR THE ROLE
- 4 years combination of college courses combined with related work experience
- Healthcare industry experience
- Demonstrated success in client relationship planning, management, and strategy
- Excellent communication skills and highly collaborative
- Experience in healthcare account management
- Wound Care knowledge preferred
WHAT ARE YOUR ASSIGNMENTS
- Make outbound calls to clients for follow-up on pending agreements, and scheduling in-service zoom meetings.
- Conduct Zoom meetings to train new clients and clinicians on our services to generate patient referrals.
- Daily Zendesk (CRM) documentation of call activities including setting up client follow-up tasks.
- Weekly Account updates to Wound Pros Leadership highlighting completion of established metrics.
- Position reports to the Director of Client Success Management.
COMPENSATION
- Total compensation potential of up to $70,000.00, plus tremendous opportunity for professional growth and advancement
WORK LOCATION
- As an account manager, you will be working primarily from the comfort of your own home. There may be occasions where travel is required for networking events, and in person interaction with our clients
