What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Technician position at The Wyndmoor Group?
In this position the Floor Technician will be in charge of all the floor upkeep and Maintenance to include carpet cleaning halls, main lobbies, offices and resident rooms. This position will also be responsible for mopping hardwood floors as well as waxing, stripping, and buffing floors. During down time position will assist other maintenance personal with odds and ends, laying flooring as well. Operating floor equipement as instructed and use proper equipment for the correct floor. This position requires technician to be able to lift 35-50 pounds daily.
