The Yard Force is a full-service lawn and landscaping company that specializes in lawn care, landscape, hardscape, and irrigation installation/maintenance. We are looking for experienced Hardscape Crew leaders / Foreman for full time work.

Qualified candidates have the following:

• Great attitude and work ethic

• Ability to work 40 hrs Monday-Friday and some Saturdays

• Year-round work; not seasonal

• Works/communicates well in a team environment

• Reliable transportation to and from work

• Valid drivers license is preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Requirements:

• Punctual, trainable, willingness to learn

• Ability to work in a team environment (multi/bilingual skills are a plus)

• Able to work long hours outdoors in various weather conditions

• Must be willing to work Saturdays during peak demand season

• Must have the ability to operate lawn care equipment, trucks, and lift up to 80 lbs

• Must be comfortable with a highly seasonal job and flexible lawn care/landscaping duties

• Perform duties in accordance with company safety policy and OSHA guidelines

• High energy, self-driven individuals with a strong work ethic, sense of professionalism, and leading by example

• Willingness to learn and work with others through daily training

• Punctual & reliable to maintain a good attendance record and job assignments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
