Job Summary / Purpose:
The On-Call Staffing Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the local office on all client and caregiver activity including service delivery, client relationship management, caregiver development and retention, and client acquisition. The On-Call Staffing Coordinator is responsible for consistent and high-quality service delivery, the accuracy of care records. The On-Call Staffing Coordinator primary duties are providing after-hours support for clients and caregivers (including evenings, weekends, holidays).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide after-hours support for our clients and caregivers) – this support may include email and telephone calls
- Work with our entire team; including a check- in call Friday afternoons for client updates, and email updates as needed to ensure clear communication
- In the case of a call out, the On Call Staffing Manager would need to attempt to find coverage, and contact the appropriate emergency contact/facility to update coverage status
- Communicate with clients and their families when applicable to ensure a positive and successful relationship
- Engage or route appropriately prospective clients and caregivers who call on-call line or answering service who inquire about service or employment opportunities
- Ensuring that all active cases are staffed with appropriate caregivers, day-to-day logistics are maintained, all schedules are satisfactory and clear with clients and caregivers, callouts are minimized and resolved as needed, and other operational questions and situations are managed effectively
- Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our requirements as a licensed Home Care Organization, including our obligations to our clients and caregivers
- Ensuring proper, timely and accurate documentation through ClearCare for all caregiver and team communications, all our operational processes, including those related to applicants, new clients, employees, and regulatory requirements including documentation of incidents related to client care.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by your Supervisor
- Minimum one year experience in health care, elder care, social work or related industry
- Excellent customer service and supervisory skills
- Computer proficiency and ability to document timely and accurately in system
- Flexibility in regard to schedule and nature of duties
- Ability to sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday.
- Ability to use standard office equipment
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
