We are hiring for three Operations Manager positions across the following locations:
- Tallahassee, Florida
- Columbus, Ohio
- Phoenix, Arizona
Responsibilities
As an Operations Manager at theLotter, you will oversee local operations at one of our stores. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and overseeing daily operations in your respective state, including managing lottery ticket purchases.
- Addressing operational challenges and serving as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and escalation.
- Actively participating in daily lottery ticket processing activities.
- Continuously evaluating performance and efficiency; implementing procedural improvements when necessary.
- Monitoring supply delivery, managing inventory, handling maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting any system issues, should they arise.
- Performing cash balance reporting and executing initiatives, directives, and any additional duties, as required.
- Hiring and leading employees based on operational needs.
- Communicating effectively with regional and senior-level management.
- Coordinating with vendors and third-party service providers as necessary.
- Reporting directly to the US Head of Operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing a retail store or as a Store Manager.
- Background in operations management within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and improve operational processes.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
- Strong technical skills for high-level troubleshooting.
- Self-motivated and capable of completing tasks independently.
