Job Description:-
- Windows 10 troubleshooting
- Windows 10 upgrade
- OS Install/reimage via multiple tools
- Network Printer Troubleshooting
- Application deployment using SCCM
- Hardware trouble shooting (Laptop and Workstation)
- Configuring WIFI in the customer network for user machine
- Installing software/Application over the network
- VIP support
- Good customer handling skill.
- Working on ticketing tool (ServiceNow)
- Remote troubleshooting tool (Beyond trust Bomgar)
- Active Directory such as Account Lockout troubleshooting, Local Admin access, adding machine to Domain
- Troubleshoot the machine that is out of domain, adding back to domain.
