Who We’re Looking for:
We are looking for a strategic Director to join our eCommerce team to oversee our retail partner eCommerce strategy. Working closely with the SVP of Digital, this person will own and manage the eCommerce strategy for Therabody’s retail partners. You will partner with internal departments including eCommerce, Retail Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure our retail partners are representing Therabody on their eCommerce sites at the same standard as our own.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage the retail partner eCommerce content and promotional strategy with sales vertical leads.
- Work with our internal marketing and creative teams to provide retailers with campaign assets.
- Collaborate with internal sales team to drive online promotions across retail partners.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Work with Product Marketing to seamlessly incorporate new product launch campaigns across retail partners
The Right Person Would Have:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 4-6 years of experience in eCommerce or Retail Marketing
- Experience working with and managing relationships with external partners
- Ability to manage projects and processes from ideation to execution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt and be comfortable with ambiguity
- Self-starter mentality and the ability to work autonomously
- Attention to detail and creativity
