Who We’re Looking for: 

We are looking for a strategic Web Analyst to join our eCommerce team. Working closely with the SVP of Digital and reporting to the Director of Global SEO, this person will own and manage the Web Analytics tracking, reporting, eCommerce insights strategy for Therabody’s website / retail partner web metrics. You will partner with internal departments including eCommerce, Engineering, Retail Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure confidence in our data & metrics, that we derive actionable insights, monitor pertinent KPIs, and dependably report performance internally / externally. You must be a self-starter with awareness of emerging web data tagging trends and a proven track record of identifying meaningful insights. This combination of strong analytical, problem solving, and data manipulation skills are imperative for this job. This position requires proven experience turning analytic findings into actionable strategic recommendations, storytelling and crafting clear & timely presentations / dashboards. Success in this role depends on being organized and building collaborative working relationships with team members across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide & maintain daily, weekly and monthly sales / performance reports
• Identify KPIs and areas for testing opportunity
• Identify trends and patterns in customer shopping behavior
• Identify friction points in customer visitor voyages and website UI/UX enhancement opportunities
• Monitor performance trends across various traffic channels & qualitative behavior indicators
• Setup analytics reports & dashboards to track metrics, benchmarks, goals and trends on & off site behavior KPIs
• Work with agency partners on tagging strategies to align tagging to analytics KPIs
• Work with developers to implement Web Analytics tracking platform (Google Analytics 4), identify and tag onsite events with Google Tag Manager
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis by pulling data from multiple sources and benchmarking
• Seek opportunities to improve the reporting processes, data collection, and delivery methods

The Right Person Would Have:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 4-6 years of experience in eCommerce or eTail 
• Highly proficient in web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Heap, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
• Experience with CRO tools such as Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, etc.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager Implementations
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 Implementations
• Experience in Google Data Studio, Tableau or other BI visualization tools
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript
• Strong Analytical skills
• Ability to work independently while also functioning and contributing as part of a team
• Ability to review large amounts of data from various platforms, develop hypotheses and draw meaningful insights from disparate data sources
• Ability to manage projects and processes from ideation to execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and creativity
