As a Director of Nursing at Miller’s, you are responsible for the nursing care and service to the patients in your facility, and you supervise the staff assigned to deliver patient care. You plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate nursing services that will meet the needs of the residents, and that will comply with company policy and the State and Federal regulations governing those services.

Qualifications
1. Must be currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana.
2. Must have (1) year of nursing experience in the past 5 years.
3. Successfully complete pre-employment process and screening.
4. Complete orientation and training.
5. Able to pass the physical exam given on behalf of gainful employment within the facility.
6. Be employed generally on the day shift, except when it is deemed necessary to vary working hours to provide supervision to all shifts.
7. Have 1 year of experience in nursing supervision within the past five (5) years.
8. Serve only one (1) facility in this capacity at a time.
9. Requires a minimum of 40 hours per week unless instructed differently by your administrator.
