Therapeutic Associates serves patients in over 100 locations across Washington, Oregon, California and Idaho. Our administrative offices are located in Kent, Washington.

The HR Manager oversees strategy and performs daily tasks for our traditional Human Resources functions with a focus on putting the wellbeing of TAI’s people at the center of all decision making.
We are seeking a HR Manager to provide leadership for the strategic and functional direction of aspects of TAI’s People Team including legal and compliance, talent acquisition and planning, total rewards, and employee relations.
Total Rewards: Monitor the effectiveness of compensation and benefit strategies for attracting, rewarding and retaining talent.
Employee Relations and Engagement: Develop and or monitor strategies impacting employee satisfaction and performance including safety, security, and labor strategies.
Leadership & Strategy: Develop strategy for the human resources functions of the organization in line with company objectives and goals, collaborating on the execution of that strategy, influencing people management practices, and monitoring risk.
Talent Acquisition & Planning: By working with a team to forecast organizational talent needs and develop strategies to attract and engage new talent.
This position also partners closely with and effectively manages relationships with the Education team, Employee Experience team, Payroll team, and other key stakeholders to influence organizational behaviors and outcomes that align with company goals and values.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Administration, Business Administration, or related field is required; Master’s degree or higher in HR Administration, Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Seven years of progressively responsible HR management experience is required
- Five years of personnel management, and at least 2 years managing other leaders
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead in an environment of rapid change
- HRCI or SHRM certification
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office products and competency with general aspects of HRIS systems
