Office Managers are:

  • An administrative guru with a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities of an Office Manager:

  • Answer a high volume of phone calls.
  • Schedule appointments for new and existing patients.
  • Complete the entire patient registration progress
  • Collect co-pays and deductibles for both in-network and out-of-network patients.
  • Data entry in various software programs.
  • Manage the clinic's closing duties.
  • Assist with administrative marketing tasks.
  • Assist the other Therapydia clinics in the region as needed.

 

 

Office Managers Qualifications:

  • 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Previous experience in health care or patient care is preferred
  • Successful completion of the Indeed skills assessments with a passing score.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience with G-Suite, RingCentral, WebPT, and Kareo is a plus!
  • Stellar references.

 

Office Managers Compensation

  • $20/hour based on experience.
  • Medical, dental, & vision insurance; FSA, STD, LTD, & Life Insurance
  • Matching 401K Plan
  • 15 days PTO 10 paid company holidays

 

Compensation Range: $20 to $25/ hour. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
